FOUR x 2 hour sessions:
Covering the ESSENTIALS, that help to prepare you and your birth partner(s) for birth.

THREE x 90 minute sessions (to align with your midwifery appointments at or around 34, 36, and 38 weeks gestation):

ON CALL from or around 38 weeks gestation*:
24/7 on call service: contact and support from the onset of labour
Emotional and physical support for both parents during labour

The Golden Hour(s) - postnatal support in the first few hours after birth, to help facilitate initial bonding, feeding and caring for YOU and your baby
Birth & More: £75 per day
60 minute initial consultation
Particularly supportive for those who are preparing for labour to be induced
ON CALL period to start from whenever you choose:
